![]() If you ask each representative the exact same questions, THEY WILL PROVIDE DIFFERENT ANSWERS. The company will NOT show any proof that they mailed out your check. They will inform you that they do not have tracking. PLEASE do not apply with this company! When you ask for your security deposit back, it will take 10 weeks. This whole experience was really disappointing. Not including the customer service reps, the people of this company are master scammers and thieves. There’s no telling when they will acknowledge that they’ve received it once I do that. ![]() Although the gentleman I spoke with from customer service agreed that it was weird, there was nothing that he could do on his end, so I needed to type a letter and fax it to correspondence. That is now $60 due to me not seeing this earlier. They claim to not have processed my payment until March 3, 2023, which falls coincidentally a day after they’ve charged a late fee of $30. It was up until yesterday, April 23, 2023, that I logged in to view my account because I had been getting an alert from my credit app. After arranging my payment through bill pay, I didn’t check that the payment was processed. On a regular, my payment processes within two business days, so payment should have been processed on Feb. Recently, I made a $39 payment on Feb.24, 2023 for my annual fee that was due on March 1, 2023. I rarely use this card, so it just takes up space in my wallet. ![]() There are a couple instances where I have mistakenly paid more than what my balance has been. I’ve been a customer for 5 years, and in that time I’ve never been late on a payment. It is telling when all of the reviews are similar. The company has shown a multitude of what we can determine to be fraud and dishonesty.
